Overview
The accredited Certificate III in
Horticulture at TAFE NSW will equip you with the practical skills and knowledge
you need to work as a gardener, horticulturalist or landscaper in the diverse
global horticulture industry.
In this Certificate III course you will
develop a broad range of horticultural skills and build your expertise in areas
including aboriculture, chemical use, industry work practices, irrigation and
water, plants, soils, and pest management.
Learn to create and nurture different
types of green environments that are both beautiful and functional. As a TAFE
NSW student, you will learn in industry-standard facilities including
greenhouses and shadehouses, and have access to industry-standard machinery,
tools, materials and growing media.
