The accredited Certificate III in Applied Fashion Design and Technology at TAFE NSW will give you the essential skills and knowledge you need to begin a career in the fashion and clothing industry.
Learn about design theory, the different areas of the fashion industry, production processes and garment construction with this foundational course. Designed for absolute beginners, you will learn basic design, patternmaking and sewing skills you need to make and sell your own garments, work as a machinist, or as a fashion design assistant.
